Q: What States do you cover and are they included in the subscription price?
A. We actively seek & cover all areas in orange. Also, Alaska & Hawaii. We do post jobs on our web site in areas of red but do not actively cover those areas. All the states colored orange are included in the subscription price. Red areas are free and posted on our web site.
Q: What is the difference between your Free job postings and your subscription service?
A: Our free sections offers a limited number of postings, less lead times and jobs outside our coverage area. Our subscription service covers extensive job postings usually no less than 50 to 200 jobs per month.
Q: How can I order a Subscription?
A: You can use your credit card and order straight from our web site or we can send you an electronic money request from PayPal. You can pay by check or credit card.
Q: What if I don't have a computer?
A: You will need a computer, tablet or smart phone to sign-up, make a payment, and log-on to the job postings.
Q: How does the service work?
A: We update or job postings regularly. Once you have signed up, you will receive a Login and Password. At our "Home page" use the login section. You will then be directed to the current job postings. It's that simple.
Q: What types of jobs do we post?
A: We post the following positions; Firefighter, Paramedic, Fire/Paramedic, EMT, EMT/Firefighter, Volunteer, Reserve, Paid-Call, Part-time, Rescue, Ambulance Driver, Engineer, Captain, Chief, Fire Prevention, Wild land Firefighter, Private, EMS and Industrial.
Q: What type of information do you provide?
A: We provide the; Position/Job, State, city, Department, How to apply, website and Filing deadline.
Q: What if I'm an employer and want to post a job?
A: Job postings are FREE. All you need to do is e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send your job announcement information by US mail.
Q: How many times a month is your service updated?
A: A minimum twice a month.
Q: How much is a subscription?
A: $9.95 for 8 months.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No, in order to keep the cost down for our subscribers. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. We do offer subscriptions to be forwarded to another person at your request. In other words, we suggest you pass it on to a friend or family member. Just send us an e-mail stating what you would like to do and the new e-mail information and we will send a new password. Again, NO REFUNDS.
Q: I just submitted payment, how long before I can use the service?
A: Orders can take up to 72 hrs at most for us to receive your order, the bank to clear your transaction and to set up your account.
